Jesus told the disciples to wait to receive the Holy Spirit and power. This will enable them to become witnesses in Jerusalem, Judea, Samaria and to the rest of the world.
Transformation Church, Delaware is our Jerusalem. NJHoP is Judea. We foresee NJHoP becoming Jerusalem to start the outreach in Judea (another part of New Jersey)
